GHAFES is people – students, Associates, staff and friends (of GHAFES) with a commitment to reaching the “Tertiary” world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How we do Ministry

As an inter/non-denominational movement, we minister in several ways, including pioneering new Local Campus Fellowships to reach every sphere of the tertiary world through student-led initiatives; making the Good News of Jesus Christ known through our Creative Campus Evangelism strategies

Evangelism & Missions

We also engage in Small Group Wholistic Discipleship and Mentorship Programmes; sending students on cross-cultural missions fields; raising and equipping leaders and associates of character, competence and care to engage the campuses and marketplace with issues of integrity; and serving the larger Christian Church through our Church-based training programmes in evangelism, missions and discipleship.

Scope

Our Scope as GHAFES

GHAFES is made up of 52 local campus fellowships (and still counting) in the tertiary institutions in Ghana. This is made up of 43 fellowships in the Public and Private Universities, 7 fellowships in the polytechnics/technical universities, and a fellowship in a Theological Seminary. Each fellowship has either GHAFES or Christian Fellowship/ Family appended to the name of the institution. These 52 local campus fellowships are geographically grouped into four (4) zones – Northern Zone, Mid-Ghana Zone, South-West Zone and South-East Zone.
